Apple Sauce


Apple Sauce


  • 6 cups apples, cored, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup water1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg


  1. In a 2 litres pot, mix together apples, water and lemon juice.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 to12 minutes or until desired texture.
  3. Add to taste cinnamon or nutmeg.
  4. Serve hot or cold.
